2. Nature of the service

This is an independent, private service, not affiliated with the Brazilian Federal Government, the PNCP or any contracting agency. We reproduce public data to make it easier to search. We do not receive bids, run auctions or represent any agency.

3. No guarantee of accuracy

We do our best to keep the database synchronized, but information may be outdated or incomplete compared with the source. The tender notice published by the agency is the document that counts. Guides and articles are informative and do not replace legal or accounting advice. We are not responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of what appears here, or for missed deadlines.

4. Permitted use

• Consultation is free, including for commercial purposes.
• Automated use that compromises the stability of the service is not allowed; for volume, use the API within the published limit or the PNCP directly.
• When reusing the data, cite the source (PNCP) and, if possible, link to the corresponding tender page.

5. External links and advertising

The site links to the PNCP, to the systems where bidding takes place and to third-party websites, and shows Google ads. We do not control the content of those websites and ads.

6. Ownership

Procurement data is public. The organization, search index, texts of guides and articles, original images and design belong to Spartan TI. Stock photos are used under the license stated in each credit.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Brazilian law, with venue in the District of Cariacica, Espírito Santo, Brazil, without prejudice to consumers' rights to sue in their place of residence. The Portuguese version prevails in case of divergence.
