Why search by state
Brazil is a federation: besides the federal government, each of the 26 states, the Federal District and every municipality runs its own purchasing. Logistics matter — freight, delivery deadlines and local technical support weigh on the price — so many suppliers focus on the states they can serve best. São Paulo, Minas Gerais, Paraná and Rio Grande do Sul publish the largest number of tenders, but smaller states often have less competition.
