In-Person Reverse Auction: open tenders (Pregão Presencial)

267 open tenders in Brazil under this method.

A reverse auction held in a physical session, with bidders’ representatives in the room. It is now the exception — the electronic reverse auction is the rule, and the agency must justify the choice.

Tender notices are published in Portuguese, so descriptions appear as the agency wrote them. Search with English or Portuguese keywords — common English terms are translated automatically. New to Brazil? Start with how foreign companies can bid.
