In-Person Competitive Bidding: open tenders (Concorrência Presencial)

273 open tenders in Brazil under this method.

Competitive bidding held in an in-person session. It is now the exception: Law 14,133/2021 requires the agency to justify not using the electronic form and to record the session.

Tender notices are published in Portuguese, so descriptions appear as the agency wrote them. Search with English or Portuguese keywords — common English terms are translated automatically. New to Brazil? Start with how foreign companies can bid.
